- All products listed on Yash Creative Art are handcrafted and made to order.
- Product images are for reference purposes only. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur.
- For customized orders (e.g., name, design, couple sketches, digital clocks), customers must provide accurate details at the time of purchase. Errors in customization input by the customer will not be eligible for refund or return.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices displayed are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept secure payments through approved gateways listed on our checkout page.
- Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
3. Order Processing & Shipping
- Once an order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
- Handcrafted items may require a processing time of 5–10 working days before dispatch, depending on the complexity of the artwork.
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier services.
- Yash Creative Art is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

- Refunds/replacements are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
- Personalized/custom-made orders unless damaged
