📦 Order Cancellation Policy
🔸 Cancellation by Customer
- You can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped.
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- No cancellation is allowed for:
- Digital products
- Customized items (e.g., canvas painting, wooden sketch, pencil art, wall painting)
🔸 Cancellation by Yash Creative Art
- We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock.
- Logistics or delivery is not feasible.
- Customer is involved in suspicious activities (e.g., fake orders, payment fraud).
If your prepaid order is cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
📷 Proof of Damage & Return Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following proof:
- Clear images of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging and box
- Unboxing video (if available)
Without valid proof, return or refund requests may be rejected. If verified, we will offer:
- Free replacement
- Refund to your original payment method
