1. Product-Specific Return & Refund Guidelines

Canvas Paintings

If your canvas painting arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Pencil Sketches

As each pencil sketch is a unique, handcrafted artwork, we only offer refunds or replacements in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

Wall Paintings

For wall paintings, customers may request a refund or replacement if the product is defective or not as ordered, within 7 days of receipt.

Acrylic Creations

If your acrylic photo frame or creation is delivered broken or scratched, we will offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Wooden Frames & Paintings

In the event of damage or quality issues with wooden paintings or frames, you are eligible for a refund or replacement within 7 days.

Miniature Art, Couple & Family Sketches, Digital Photographs, Customized Digital Clocks

Due to the personalized and handcrafted nature of these products, refunds are only available in the case of:

  • Damaged artwork
  • Wrong product delivered

Customized items (name, design, or special requests) are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping or incorrectly produced.


2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only for items that are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will not be granted for:
    • Change of mind or personal dislike.
    • Used or altered products.
    • Delivery failures due to incorrect address.
    • Fully customized products.

5. Legal & Proof Requirements
