1. Shipping Partner & Delivery Process

We proudly ship all orders via Shiprocket, a trusted logistics platform in India.

  • Order Tracking: Customers receive a tracking link upon order confirmation to monitor the shipment’s status.
  • Domestic Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually delivered within 5-10 working days, depending on the shipping address and product availability.
  • Possible Delivery Delays:
    • Natural disasters or adverse weather conditions
    • Customs clearance or administrative delays
    • Logistics partner delays
    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

2. Packaging & Damage Protection

All items are packaged with utmost care using custom packaging and multi-layer protection to prevent damage during transit.

  • Protection Includes: Bubble wrap, hard box, and shockproof packaging for products such as:
    • Canvas Paintings
    • Wooden Sketches
    • Pencil Sketches
    • Wall Art
    • Acrylic and Photo Frames
  • Packaging Details:
    • Company branding
    • Tracking number
    • Security sticker for tamper-evident delivery

3. Proof of Damage & Claim Process

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow the steps below to initiate a replacement or refund:

  • Mandatory Proofs:
    • Unboxing video (unedited and clearly showing damage)
    • Clear images of the damaged product
    • Images of the outer packaging with visible label and tracking ID
  • Claim Window: Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If sufficient proof is not provided, the claim may be rejected.
  • If damage/loss is caused by Shiprocket or any courier partner, we will process a claim through their insurance policy.

4. Non-Delivery & Re-shipment

If your order is not delivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Recipient not available during delivery
  • Logistics issues outside our control

Then:

  • The customer must pay additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
  • If the delivery is refused, we will refund the product cost excluding the original shipping charges.

5. Legal Procedure Under Indian Law

We operate in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

A. Dispute Resolution

  • Customers should first contact our Customer Support Team to resolve shipping or delivery issues.
